About me

I'm driven by creating ideas that deliver meaningful value at scale.

What motivates me isn't a particular technology or function, but the opportunity to understand people's needs, explore what's possible and build solutions that genuinely improve their experience. Whether that's a new product, a redesigned customer journey, an internal tool or a more effective way of solving a problem, I enjoy turning ideas into practical outcomes that create lasting impact.

Throughout my career I've naturally gravitated towards opportunities beyond my role — identifying unmet needs, questioning existing approaches and building solutions that have improved both customer experiences and commercial outcomes. While automation has been a significant part of my work, it's never been the objective. It's simply been one of the tools I've used to bring ideas to life.

AI isn't what motivates me — creating valuable products is. What excites me about AI is its ability to amplify product creativity, making it easier to explore ideas, validate them quickly and turn promising concepts into real solutions.

I'm naturally curious, entrepreneurial and enjoy environments where I can take ownership, challenge assumptions and build something better.

My experience

My current role is open below — earlier roles are there too, because every one of them is part of how I got here.

Zero DepositAutomation & Product SpecialistAug 2023 — Present

I've taken ownership of a wide range of automation, product, operational and revenue-impacting initiatives across the business.

  • Identified, designed and built automation solutions across multiple departments using Zapier, Salesforce, SQL, Google Workspace and other internal tools — improving operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Built an 87-step automation for our outbound recovery team, removing a significant amount of manual administration and increasing productivity by over 1,000% within three months.
  • Developed an AI-powered email workflow using OpenAI and Zapier that reads incoming emails, understands intent, prioritises requests, flags vulnerable customers and drafts responses for CS agents.
  • Own and optimise a key revenue stream within the business, generating over £100,000 in additional revenue during 2025 through automation, conversion improvements and campaign optimisation.
  • Own the performance of a digital debt recovery journey supporting a debt book worth more than £10 million — customer segmentation, data analysis, funnel optimisation, campaign strategy, email design, copywriting and ongoing experimentation.
  • A recent iterative copy segmentation experiment generated more than £200,000 in additional recovery performance in under two months. Across 2025, my recovery campaigns and automation initiatives contributed over £500,000 in revenue and payment-plan outcomes.
  • Designed and built an MVP claims process using Zapier, Typeform, Salesforce, Google Sheets and SQL — successfully demonstrated to and adopted by a major UK letting agent. Then developed the operational process within Salesforce, including custom objects, workflows and automation, creating a streamlined and scalable solution for the claims team.
  • Owned and managed the internal Product Support function, triaging and resolving technical issues for internal teams and external customers while identifying opportunities for product and process improvements.
  • Worked closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Compliance and Operations teams to understand business challenges and translate them into practical solutions that delivered measurable results.
Zero DepositCustomer Support AgentJun 2022 — Aug 2023

This position was the stepping stone to where I am today.

  • Handled high volumes of emails and calls across tenants, landlords and letting agents.
  • Managed claim queries and escalations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Built Salesforce reporting and developed a strong interest in improving products, systems and processes.
  • Proactively identified inefficiencies and suggested automation ideas — leading to my transition into a product and automation role.
TescoCustomer Service / Shift LeaderOct 2020 — Jun 2022

Working product

Zora

A coding platform I built via Claude Code and powered by the Claude API, fully integrated with GitHub for direct repo management. It runs a three-agent system.

How it works
  • A Planner — describe what you want, and the Planner breaks the exact requirements into separate tasks, rather than one big task that overloads and often times out the call.
  • A Coder — once the plan is approved by a human, the task list is sent to the Coder, which creates a new branch in the GitHub repo and writes each change.
  • A Reviewer — when the Coder is done, its work is automatically sent to the Reviewer, which reports on each task, flagging warnings, best practices or fatal errors. Anything flagged is sent back to the Coder with an instruction to fix, and the cycle repeats until the Reviewer approves.
  • My key learning was building an optimised Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system to reduce token usage while keeping context high — a simple database storing every action taken, why, and where it made changes, so each prompt can pull the last 3–4 actions without a huge amount of data to maintain context.

Early testing

Mini-agent email testing

I've begun testing a way to A/B test email copy and designs using “mini agents” with set personas based on customer archetypes — simulating human behaviour, heat maps and conversion likelihood. The agents can think, so we get a light view on how customers might respond before anything is sent.

Prototypes

iOS apps

I've built various iOS apps, some AI-enabled — for example a productivity app with a built-in chat interface using Claude's API, which gave me a view on my own productivity data.

How I work

  1. Understand people and the real problem

Start with what people are actually trying to do, not the ticket or the brief.

  2. Question assumptions and map the system

Look at how the pieces connect before deciding what to build.

  3. Build the smallest useful version

Ship something real enough to learn from, not a polished guess.

  4. Measure behaviour and commercial value

Watch what people do with it, and what it is actually worth.

  5. Improve, automate or scale what works

Invest further only in what has already proven itself.
